Andy and Benny are the Sushi Chefs. They are both super-nice and create the best sushi in town. Following are are my picks for lunch and dinner:
Lunch
The Bento Box is a fun dish to order. It comes in a tray with partitions for each item: the main dish, salad, rice, half a California Roll, and some orange wedges. They also bring out a bowl of Miso soup beforehand. My two favorite main dishes are the Chicken Katsu and Vegetable Tempura.
The Maki Lunch Special is one of my favorites. You choose two or three Maki rolls and a steaming bowl of miso soup.
The Sushi Lunch Special is a sampler, artfully arranged on a tray. It is the most beautiful lunch there.
The Hibachi grill is performance art. The chef really puts on a show. Flashing knives, throwing stuff behind his back and catching it on top of his chef's hat. Just like you've seen in the movies!
Dinner
The Sushi or Sashimi Combo comes arranged beautifully on a huge platter. It's like the lunch version, but several times bigger. It's perfect for the table to share. There's also a smaller Sushi Sampler Appetizer.
The Hibachi grill is just like lunch, but is larger and comes with grilled shrimp.
The Vegetable Tempura Appetizer is amazingly good. Onion rings, battered and deep fried mushrooms and vegetables. The deep fried sweet potatoes have to be tasted to be believed.
